Many of the products baked at Cheri's contain wheat flour, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy ingredients. All of our products are mixed on shared equipment and packaged in such a way that they may come in contact with any of these known food allergens. If you have an allergy to any of these ingredients, we recommend you not consume any of our products. If you have any questions or concerns regarding allergens, please call the bakery.

Are your cookies really hand-made?
All of our cookies are made from scratch using the finest ingredients. The decorated cookies are hand cut and each one is individually decorated by my talented decorating team.
How do your gift sets arrive?
The decorated cookies are shrink-wrapped for freshness onto a white display board, then wrapped with decorative tissue and placed into a specially designed gift box.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
We recommend that you eat your cookies within two weeks after arrival.
Are your products kosher?At this time, our cookies are not certified kosher.
What ingredients do you use?
Our cookies contain wheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, salt and meringue powder.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
Our decorated cut-out cookies do not contain nuts; however, we do use nuts in our production facility. Because of that, if you have a nut allergy, you should not consume any of our products.
How much notice do you need for an order?
Production lead time is 3 – 7 days, depending on the day you place your order. Remember, you must also allow for shipping, which adds 1 – 5 days. All cookies are baked to order, so contact us as soon as possible to place your order.
What is your shipping policy?
Standard shipping is Fed Ex Ground. Click here to view the map for Fed Ex Ground transit times in business days. Overnight and 2 – 3 day shipping are also available. All gift sets are shipped in separate shipping boxes. If you need 2 sets to go to the same location, two separate boxes will be shipped.
Can I order samples of your cookies?
Cookie sample are $15.00; shipping is included. However, there may be an additional fee for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii. Your cookie sample order includes two cookies that are “extras” from that day’s production schedule. You may not choose what sample shapes you receive.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express. Your credit card will be charged when we start production of your order.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?Cheri's Cookies takes great care in packaging our cookies for shipment so breakage is extremely rare. However, if any damage does occur, we wll gladly issue a refund for the broken item. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the cookies for refund. Because of the fragile nature of a cookie, we can not issue a refund for small cracks in the icing or cookie crumbs in the box.
All of our cookies are baked to order for maximum freshness. We do not keep finished cookies in stock for future shipments. Once you place your order it goes into production and changes or cancellations can not be made. If you have any shipping changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to help you. However, once an order is shipped, address changes and/or shipping cancellations can not be made.
